It was a Night to Remember

When you're watching the Oscar's you can't help but be drawn into every little detail of the show. From the lighting, to the audience, to the clothes - you even notice actors who can SING and then the song wins the Oscar!

Well you can imagine that for the five hours leading up to the event we heard enough about the clothes, the dresses, the designers.
You learn about the adventures that created the winning Animated feature film "Up". When I saw the face of the person that Peter Docter said "Thank you for the adventure" to, I couldn't help but think that this movie was about them.

We perfected the "George Clooney" stare and we finally realized that Alex Baldwin is really old and that it WAS really Tina Faye that brought him back to life!
It is always great to see the actors supporting the other members of the team that really put the film together. It always amazes me to see how humble they can all be and you are saddened by some of the comments that are made about the film industry.
Every category that is announced demonstrates how MUCH work goes into the conception, writing, editing, screen play writing, acting, cinematography, make-up, ....... and the list goes on and on.

Tonight's event allowed us to see the first ever black writer win an Oscar, Mo'Nique take home an Oscar for delivering a stella performance, Sandra Bullock honored by her performance in The Blind Side and we realized the a simply story about war can really make a difference in our lives and on set as it took home the most Oscar's this evening.

So in case you fell asleep during the award ceremony here are the winners!!!
